Choosing an attorney when/if needed is a challenging and often difficult responsibility. It can involve a life-changing situation for so many. Let's jump right in as to why I phoned four (4) different attorneys first and then read the online reviews on about a dozen or so local Napa attorneys before I chose Trombetta Law. My mother (age 96) encountered elder abuse at a local Napa nursing facility. The injury still has an impact on her months after the incident. Trombetta Law is within blocks of the Napa Courthouse. That was indeed a positive by itself. Conor Trombetta is the attorney at the practice and when you jump on the Trombetta Law website, you''ll find he has extensive experience in law overall. I instantly found him impressive, knowledgeable and sincerely interested in what eventually would be my mothers case. He's also welcoming and very friendly. Because of my moms age, I have Power Of Attorney so Conor and I worked together for the majority of the case (I have zero experience with lawyers or the law). He's almost in contact with me several times a week. He's excellent at expediting things and moves forward at a rapid pace for a quick resolve. i expected my case to take a year or more.
